Wanda Towery Taylor

Wanda Towery Taylor, age 71, of Timberlane Drive in Lincolnton, passed away on Wednesday, October 2, 2024.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 4, 2024, in the Mountain Rest Cemetery in Kings Mountain. The family will speak with friends following the graveside service.
Mrs. Taylor was born October 30, 1952, in Gaston County, to the late A.V. and Minnie Fortenberry Towery. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Van Taylor, and a sister Glenda Penley.
She is survived by her children, Jonathan Towery (Angie) of Vale, and Crystal Crutchfield (Todd) of Hickory; sister, Pinkie Witherspoon of Lincolnton; grandchildren, Kelton Towery, Charity Crutchfield, and Natigan Crutchfield; and her special friend, Larry Henderson.
