Edwin Thomas Huss

Edwin Thomas Huss, age 84, of Crouse, passed away on Thursday, October 3, 2024.
Ed owned and operated several convenience stores in the Lincolnton area. He was an avid farmer and enjoyed selling produce. He loved watching and attending baseball games.
His funeral service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 8, 2024, at Bethphage Lutheran Church with Rev. Thomas Beers officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 3:00 until 3:45 p.m. prior to the service in the church fellowship hall.
Ed was born April 6, 1940, in Lincoln County, to the late Noah Carse Huss, Sr. and Sarah Reep Huss. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Roger Huss, Donald Huss, Johnny Huss, Boyce Huss, Harry Huss, Bennett Reep, N.C. Huss, Jr., Thelma Hoyle, Mabel Greene, Marie Sigmon, Blanche Black, and Christine Dixon.
He is survived by his wife, Ginger Willis Huss of the home; daughters, Ronda Eurey (Chad), and Donna Gilmore (Bobby), all of Cherryville; son, Tracy Huss (Kelli) of Crouse; and seven grandchildren, Bailee Eurey Shirley (Joseph), Brett Eurey, Chance Gilmore (Dakota), Trace Gilmore, Mollie Gilmore, Sydney Huss, and Collin Huss.
Memorials may be made to Bethphage Lutheran Church, 3440 Highway 182, Lincolnton, NC 28092.
