Obituaries

Carmen Angela Carpenter, age 39, of 1390 Katelyn Lane in Iron Station, died on Friday, April 20, 2012.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, April 25, 2012 in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Charles Ingle officiating.   The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 1:45 prior to the service at the funeral home.

Ms. Carpenter was born May 2, 1972 in Lincoln County to Charles and Vickie Rogers Carpenter.  She was a homemaker. 

She is survived by  her husband, Carey Alan Willaert of the home; two sons, Damian Willaert and Logan Willaert of the home; her parents, Charles and Vickie Carpenter of Iron Station; one brother, Charles Carpenter, Jr. of the home; one sister, Tammy Sue Wooten of Stanley; and paternal grandfather, Charlie R. Carpenter of Lincolnton.
