Obituaries

Anne Isabel Sain Schronce, age 80, of 1971 Hidden Valley Avenue in Lincolnton, died on Monday, May 7, 2012.

Her funeral service will be 4:00 pm on Friday, May 11, 2012 at Long Shoals Wesleyan Church with Rev. Jon Mann and Rev. James Capps officiating.   Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 pm on Thursday, May 10, 2012 at Warlick Funeral Home.

Mrs. Schronce was born May 2, 1932 in Lincoln County to the late Fred Andrew and Hester Jarrett Sain.  In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Wesley Clement Schronce, a brother, G.D. Sain, and a granddaughter, Elizabeth Bridges. She worked as a teacher at Long Shoals Wesleyan Child Care.

She is survived by a son, Barry Schronce and wife Dee of Bessemer City; a daughter, Tamra S. Bridges and husband Russell of Gastonia; two brothers, Paul Sain and Jim Sain, both of Lincolnton; one sister, Nellie Sue S. Mosteller of Lincolnton; and two grandchildren, Aaron Schronce of Lincolnton and Ashley Jarvis and husband Josh of Bessemer City.
