Obituaries

Rev. Dr. Michael Hoyle Taylor, Sr. passed away Saturday, May 12, 2012. A graveside service will be held 2:00 p.m. Monday, May 21, 2012 at Daniels Lutheran Church Cemetery with Rev. Ted Bost and Rev. Anne Dwiggins officiating.  The family will receive friends in the Daniels Lutheran Church Fellowship Hall immediately following the graveside service.

Pastor Taylor was born in Lincolnton, NC and most recently lived in Burtonsville, Maryland.

He is survived by his daughter, Laurel Taylor Davis and her husband Ken Davis, his son, Michael Taylor, Jr., his brother, Dan Taylor and his wife Becky Taylor, his grandchildren, Joshua Taylor, Thomas Taylor and Joel Taylor, a nephew, Richard Taylor and a niece, Rebecca Taylor.
