Obituaries

Mr. Rickie Dean Hoyle, age 59, of 2046 Dutch Creek Drive in Iron Station, died on Sunday, June 17, 2012. 

His funeral service will be 11:00 am on Wednesday, June 20, 2012 in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery with DAV Military Rites.  The family will receive friends from 10:00 until 10:45 am prior to the service at the funeral home.

Mr. Hoyle was born December 20, 1952 in Lincoln County to Mabeline Willis Hoyle and the late Willie Gene Hoyle.   He served in the United States Army and then later worked as a truck driver. 

He is survived by his wife, Sharon Sease Hoyle of the home; two sons, Bradley Hoyle and wife Angie of Claremont and Wesley Hoyle of Iron Station; one brother, Donnie Hoyle of Lincolnton; one sister, Marlene Jenkins of Kannapolis; and four grandchildren, Tyler Hoyle, Logan Hoyle, Ashley Yates, and Layla Herman.
