Mary Lee Ballard Reynolds, age 79, of 2651 Andrew Point Drive in Denver, died on Friday, September 21, 2012.
Her funeral service will be 2:00 pm on Wednesday, September 26, 2012 at Denver Baptist Church with the body to lie in state for one hour prior to the service. Rev. Chris Griggs will officiate. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 pm on Tuesday, September 25, 2012 at Warlick Funeral Home.
Mrs. Reynolds was born June 30, 1933 in Gaston County to the late William and Mary Welch Lang Ballard. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Glenn Oscar Reynolds. Mrs. Reynolds was a homemaker. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother and loved her church family.
She is survived by a son, Gregory Scott Reynolds of Denver; a daughter, Pamela R. Barbagli and husband Ron of Denver; three grandchildren, Sarah, Amy, and Matthew Barbagli, all of Denver; a brother, Frank Ballard of Gastonia; a half-sister, Connie Ballard of South Carolina; and several nieces and nephews.
