Dorcas Hope Tull Taylor, age 74, of Lincolnton, died on Tuesday, September 25, 2012
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm on Sunday, September 30, 2012 at Hollybrook Cemetery. A Celebration of Life will be held at 3:00pm on Sunday at Covenant Bible Church. The family will receive friends following the service at Covenant Bible Church.
Ms. Taylor was born November 23, 1937 in Portland, Maine to the late William Edwin and Doris Piper Tull. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a sister, Becky Bryant. Ms. Taylor retired from Lincoln County Schools where she had been a teacher for 34 years.
She is survived by a son, Tad Taylor of Mooresville; one daughter, Tammy Richards of Parris, FL; one brother, Bill Tull of Milford, DE; one sister, Ruth Sneller of Seaford, DE; and five grandchildren.
