Obituaries

Patricia Cook Clark, age 62, of 1831 South Industrial Park Road in Lincolnton, died on Wednesday, October 17, 2012.

Her funeral service will be 3:00 pm on Monday, October 22, 2012 in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Matthew Sparks officiating.  Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 pm on Sunday, October 21, 2012 at Warlick Funeral Home. 

Mrs. Clark was born October 12, 1950 in Spartanburg, South Carolina to the late Paul Wayne and Willie Lowery Cook.  In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Judson David Clark. She worked at J.P. Stevens for 23 years.  Mrs. Clark also enjoyed fishing and cooking. 

She is survived by a daughter, Paula Bourquardez and husband Alan of Lincolnton; a sister, Mary Arrowood and husband Jerry of Lincolnton; two grandchildren, David Bourquardez and wife Kelly of Lincolnton and Eva Corum and husband Mark of Mt. Holly; and three great-grandsons, Mason and Noah Bourquardez and Logan Corum.
