Obituaries

Shirley Ann Masche Cole, age 76, of 7002 Jake Seagle Road in Vale, died on Tuesday, October 23, 2012.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, October 27, 2012 at Forest Lawn Cemetery with inurnment to follow. 

Ms. Cole was born August 11, 1936 in Hackettstown, NJ. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Charles Cole.  She was a beautician.

She is survived a son, Jerry McMurtrie of Kings Mountain; one daughter, Kim Hughes of Vale; one brother, Ernest Masche of Hickory; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
