Obituaries

Mrs. Jewell Nadine Overcash Beal, age 77, of 5250 E. NC 150 Highway Maiden, NC died Friday, November 2, 2012. Her funeral will be conducted 3:00 p.m. Monday, November 5, 2012 at Antioch Baptist Church with the Rev. Ernest Richards officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 2:45 prior to the service at the church.

Mrs. Beal was born in Catawba County to the late Robert Pinkney Overcash and Alda Hicks Overcash. She was also preceded in death by her husband Darrell Beal and her brother Glenn Overcash.

Survivors include her son, Kim Beal of Maiden; one niece and one nephew, along with numerous cousins.
