Sandra Jo Brown Lingerfelt, age 67, of 311 Bonview Avenue in Lincolnton, died on Wednesday, December 5, 2012.
Her funeral service will be 1:00 pm on Saturday, December 8, 2012 in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Tommy Wright officiating. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery in Belmont. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 pm on Friday, December 7, 2012 at Warlick Funeral Home.
Ms. Lingerfelt was born December 16, 1944 in Lincoln County to the late Paul Emanuel and Hattie Etta Stamey Brown. She worked in textiles.
She is survived by a son, Allen Lingerfelt of Lincolnton; one daughter, Kathy L. Poovey of Denver; four sisters, Clarice King of Gastonia, Joan Simmons of Belmont, Andra Aldridge of Gastonia, and Renee Jordan of Belmont; eight grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren.
