Obituaries

Monica Joan Burnham Simonetti, age 76, of 260 New Ground Road in Lincolnton, died on Monday, December 24, 2012.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, December 27, 2012 in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel with Father Frank Cancro officiating.  Inurnment will follow at a later date in the Long Island National Cemetery in Farmingdale, NY. 

Mrs. Simonetti was born July 18, 1936 in Franklin, NJ to the late Fred and Rita Marx Burnham.  She worked as a postal supervisor. 

She is survived by her husband, Anthony Gerard Simonetti of the home; two sons, Thomas Simonetti of Long Island, NY and Jerry Simonetti and wife Karen of Belmont, NC; one daughter, Cynthia Flynn of Florida; one brother, Edward Burnham of Florida; one sister, Nancy Coughlan of New York; and three grandchildren, Katherine, Anthony, and Thomas Simonetti.
