Obituaries

Celestine “Sis” Little Keever, age 67, of 777 Pettus Land in Lincolnton, died on Tuesday, January 15, 2013.

Her funeral service will be 2:00 pm on Thursday, January 17, 2013 in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Darrell Bost officiating.  Burial will follow in Hollybrook Cemetery.   The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 pm on Wednesday, January 16, 2013 at Warlick Funeral Home.

Mrs. Keever was born November 7, 1945 in Lincoln County to the late Otis Ray and Alice Mitchum Little.   She worked in textiles. 

She is survived by her husband, William Keever of the home; one son, David Keever of Lenoir; one daughter, Tina Keever of Lincolnton; one brother, Darrell Little; a sister, Jean Hoover; two grandchildren, Dustin White and Joseph Allen Keever; and two great-grandchildren, Landon Keever and Joseph Allen Keever, Jr.
