Obituaries

Mr. William Franklin “Frank” Rudisill, age 70, of 4394 Buffalo Shoals Road in Maiden, died on Monday, January 28, 2013.

His funeral service will be 3:00 pm on Thursday, January 31, 2013 at Ivey Memorial United Methodist Church with Rev. Jim Matthews and Rev. Bob Combs officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery.   The body will lie in state for thirty minutes prior to the service.  Visitation will be from 6:30 until 8:30 pm on Wednesday, January 30, 2013 at Warlick Funeral Home.

Mr. Rudisill was born August 22, 1942 in Lincoln County to the late Clarence P. and Marzella Grant Rudisill.  He worked in textiles.   

He is survived by his wife, Judy Drum Rudisill of the home; one son, David Rudisill of Conover; one daughter, Cindy Crede and husband  Brian of Maiden; three brothers, Earl Rudisill of Maiden, Everette Rudisill of Newton, and Jim Rudisill of Hickory; and three grandchildren.
