Obituaries

Kathryn Lineberger Seagle, age 91, of 317 S. Grove Street in Lincolnton, died on Thursday, February 21, 2013.

 Her funeral service will be 3:30 pm on Saturday, February 23, 2013 at Emanuel Reformed Church with Rev. Earl Potts officiating. Burial will follow in Hollybrook Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 3:15 pm prior to the service at the church.

Mrs. Seagle was born November 14, 1921 in Pender County to the late Jim and Addie Clippard Lineberger. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, David Thomas Seagle. She was a cafeteria worker for Lincoln County Schools.

She is survived by her son, Tommy Seagle of the home; three daughters, Kathy Parker, Andy Sigmon, and Amy Tate, all of Lincolnton; one brother, Webb Lineberger of Hardin; eight grandchildren; and seventeen great-grandchildren.
