Obituaries

Margaret Elizabeth Reynolds Ingle, age 88, of the Brian Center in Lincolnton, died on Sunday, July 14, 2013.

Her funeral service will be 2:00 pm on Wednesday, July 17, 2013 at Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church with Rev. Jim Sanders officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:45 until 1:45 pm prior to the service at the church.

Mrs. Ingle was born July 18, 1924 in Lincoln County to the late Carlos Webb and Annie Heafner Reynolds.  In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Forest Elliott Ingle, a son Clyde Elliott Ingle, five brothers, Paul Reynolds, J.P Reynolds, Gene Reynolds, Johnny Reynolds, Calvin Reynolds, and three sisters, Letha Allran, Frances Smith, and Doris Ingle. She worked for Burris Industries.

She is survived by a son, Danny Ingle and wife Mary of Vale; a brother, Gary Reynolds of Vale; six grandchildren, Melinda Brittain, Marty Ingle, Tammy Ingle Pennell, Todd Ingle, Terri Deaton, and Tim Ingle; 12 great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren.
