Mr. Paul Fowler Chapman, age 86 of Lincolnton, died on Sunday, July 21, 2013.
A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, July 26, 2013 in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Rick Sloop officiating. The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 2:45 pm prior to the service at the funeral home. Inurnment will follow at a later date in West Jefferson, NC.
Mr. Chapman was born May 14, 1927 in Lincoln County to the late Duff and Grace Tutherow Chapman. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife, Mamie Beheler Chapman and brothers, Webb Chapman, Stowe Chapman, Hoyt Chapman, and Bill Chapman and sisters, Avis C. Weaver, Ollie Chapman, and Dorothy Kiser. He retired from Cochrane Furniture Company.
He is survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
