Marjorie Jeanne Livingston Lightsey, age 64, of 330 D Street in Lincolnton, died on Monday, August 19, 2013.

Mrs. Lightsey was born May 28, 1949 in Albany, NY to the late Francis and Marjorie Livingston.  In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, George Robert Lightsey.

She is survived by two sons, John McCarthy and wife Kristie of Indian Trail and Buddy McCarthy and wife Brianna of Huntersville; two daughters, Shannon Samuels of Lincolnton and Cheryl Pruitt of Gastonia; and 11 grandchildren.
