Mr. William “Bill” Silis Kirkpatrick, age 66, of 110 Turner Street in Lincolnton, died on Saturday, September 21, 2013 at Cardinal Healthcare.
His funeral service will be 2:00 pm on Monday, September 23, 2013 in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ricky Brown officiating. Burial will follow in High Shoals Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 pm on Sunday, September 22, 2013 at Warlick Funeral Home.
Mr. Kirkpatrick was born May 30, 1947 in Lincoln County to the late Charlie Hugh and Leona Jenkins Kirkpatrick. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by three brothers, Charles, Donald and Marvin Kirkpatrick and two sisters, Pauline Arrowood and Frankie McMurry. Mr. Kirkpatrick was a delivery truck driver for C & B Welding Company.
He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Margaret Black Kirkpatrick of the home; one brothers, Jerry Kirkpatrick of Spartanburg, SC; two sisters, Myrlene Callaway of Lincolnton and Brenda Godwin of Salisbury, NC; numerous nieces and nephews.
