Mr. William Lee Chapman, Jr., age 64, of 15248 Ardath Avenue in Gardena, CA, died peacefully on Friday, October 4, 2013

His funeral service will be 1:00 pm on Saturday, October 12, 2013 at Southside Baptist Church with Rev. Leland Stevens officiating.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery. 

Mr. Chapman was born October 19, 1948 in Lincoln County to William Lee Chapman, Sr. and Marabel Maag Chapman.  He worked in construction with his father and brother.

He is survived by his parents, William and Marabel Chapman of Lincolnton; his children, William L. Chapman, III, Jimeigh H. Chpaman, Kelly D. Ambrose, Chelsea A. Chichester, Milonne C. Kyle, and Richard L. Chapman, all of California; and 11 grandchildren.
