Flora Harbin Locklin, age 87, of 4668 Dick Wilson Road in Denver, died on Saturday, November 2, 2013.
A graveside service will be held at 2 P.M. Wednesday at Forest Lawn Cemetery with Rev. David Hamilton officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:30 to 1:30 prior the service at Warlick Funeral Home.
Mrs. Locklin was born December 24, 1925 in Greenville, SC to the late Edgar Harbin, Sr. and Lillie Augusta Harbin. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Daniel William Locklin. She worked in textiles and spent her free time camping, working puzzles and cooking.
She is survived by a daughter, Lynn Smith of Greenville, SC; two sons, James Locklin of Denver and Richard Terry Locklin and wife Katherine of Lincolnton; 6 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.
