Joyce Ann Hester Lingerfelt age 70, of 2142 Oklahoma Court in Lincolnton, NC died Wednesday, December, 11 2013.

Her funeral service will be 2:00pm Friday, December 13, 2013 in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00pm until 1:45pm prior to the service at Warlick Funeral Home.

Mrs. Lingerfelt was born November 27, 1943 in Lincoln County. She was the daughter of the late Evan Wilson Hester and Beulah Mae Hendricks Hester. She was also preceded in death by her son Todd Cook and daughter Robin Cox. She worked at Temp Vent.

Her survivors include; husband, Paul D. Lingerfelt; daughter, Sherry Cook Moore of Iron Station, NC; two step-sons, Paul Lingerfelt of Denver, NC and David Lingerfelt of Durham, NC; two sisters, Dorothy Sue Whisnant of Hickory, NC and Ella Mae Bingham of Lincolnton, NC; seven grandchildren, three step-grandchildren, six great grandchildren and two step great grandsons.
