Mrs. Anna Mae Welch Ross, age 91, of 360 Lucille Road in Bessemer City passed away Friday, December 13, 2013.
A graveside service will be held 2:00 p.m. Monday, December 16, 2013 at Pisgah United Methodist Church Cemetery with Rev. Dr. Judy Eurey officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Sunday at Warlick Funeral Home in Lincolnton.
Mrs. Ross was born January 1, 1922 in Gaston County to the late William Coleman and Carrie Hovis Welch. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Grady Claude Ross. Mrs. Ross was a homemaker.
Survivors include three sons, Curtis Leon Welch of Mooresville, Kelvin
Claude Ross of Lincolnton and Kenneth Wayne Ross of the home; two daughters, Barbara Ann Wilson of Smyrna, SC, and Velma Wooten of Gastonia; one sister, Pearl Lee Summey of Mt. Holly; nine grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
