Forrest Neal Harmon, age 75, of 919 Tait Street in Lincolnton, died on Wednesday, December 18, 2013.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, December 21, 2013, in Hollybrook Cemetery with Rev. Veronica E. Cannon officiating. The family will receive friends from 7:00 until 9:00 pm on Friday, December 20, 2013, at Warlick Funeral Home.
Mr. Harmon was born February 27, 1938, in Altavista, VA to the late Russell L. and Irene Tate Harmon. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a brother, Russell D. Harmon. He worked as a revenue officer for the North Carolina Department of Revenue.
He is survived by his wife, Jacqueline L. Harmon; daughters, Lesley Klocke of Cherryville and Luann Gum of Orlando, FL; sister, Arby Harmon Brannon of Mooresville; brother, Tommy A. Harmon of Raleigh; and two grandchildren, Steven Paul Klocke, II and Rhea EmmaLee Klocke of Lincolnton.
