Patricia Mae Morse Stallings, age 69, of 727 Loblolly Trail in Lincolnton, died on Friday, January 24, 2014.

Due to inclement weather, a memorial service has been rescheduled for 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 1, 2014, in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Robert Wiggins officiating. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until 12:45 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.

Ms. Stallings was born April 8, 1944 in Montgomery County to the late Marvin and Kathleen Carner Morse. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a son, Butch Oxendine and her companion, Herman Gladden. She worked as a waitress.

She is survived by a son, Scott Drinkwater of Lincolnton; a daughter, Misty White of Troutman; two brothers, Harold Morse of Mt. Gilead, and Wayne Morse of Lincolnton; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
