Obituaries

Ruby Gail Willis Ingle, age 66, of 1134 Rosehill Drive in Lincolnton, died on Sunday, February 16, 2014.

Her funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 19, 2014, in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Bill Beasley officiating. Burial will follow in the Midnight Cry Tabernacle cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7:00 until 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 18, 2014, at Warlick Funeral Home. At other times, the family will be at the home of her son, Bobby Houser, at 2821 Landers Church Road in Lincolnton.

Ms. Ingle was born July 15, 1947, in Lincoln County to the late Marvin and Alma Reep Motz Willis. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a brother David “Pee-Wee” Motz, and two sisters Myrtle Hull and Juanita Beal. She worked as a cashier at Hilltop Superette.

She is survived by three sons, Robert Houser, Jr. of Lincolnton, Tommy Houser and wife Melody of Concord, and Bobby Houser and wife Donna of Lincolnton; a daughter, Teresa Kistler and husband Phil; three sisters, Mabeline Hoyle of Iron Station, JoAnn Costello of High Shoals, and Diane Self of Lincolnton; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
