Kathy Elaine Houser Ledbetter, age 55, of 268 Hilltop Road in Lincolnton, died on Monday, February 17, 2014.

Her funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 20, 2014, at Rhyne Heights United Methodist Church with Rev. Kathy McAbee officiating. Burial will follow in Hollybrook Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, February 19, 2014, at Warlick Funeral Home.

Kathy was born May 1, 1958, in Lincoln County, to John L. and Mary Ramsey Houser. She worked as a coordinator for Ethan Allen in Maiden.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 35 years, Jeff Ledbetter of the home, a daughter, Stephanie Campbell and husband Keith of Lincolnton; father and mother, John L. and Mary Houser of Lincolnton; sisters, Teresa Wyont of Lincolnton and Donna Leatherman of Vale; and a granddaughter, Jaylise Campbell.
