Obituaries

Mr. Thomas Roosevelt Woodall, age 80, of 1730 Woolie Road in Lincolnton, died on Thursday, April 24, 2014.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, May 3, 2014 at Boger City United Methodist Church with Rev. Eric Reese and Rev. David Hansley officiating.

Mr. Woodall was born March 13, 1934, in Johnson County, NC to the late Lynn B. and Mattie Faircloth Woodall.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one son, Gary Thomas Woodall.

Survivors include his wife, Nettie Hansley Woodall of the home; one son, Jerry Woodall of Lincolnton; one brother, Raeford Woodall of Princeton, NC; one granddaughter, Ivy Woodall and one grandson, Thomas Cole Woodall.
