Mr. Gregory Boyce Hurt, age 54, of 2378 Patterson Road in Clover, SC, died on Sunday, July 6, 2014.
His funeral service will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 9, 2014, in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dr. Robert Wise officiating. Burial will follow in Hollybrook Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:15 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
Mr. Hurt was born September 13, 1959, in Lincoln County, to Reginald B. and Becky Campbell Hurt. He was preceded in death by a granddaughter. Mr. Hurt worked as a salesman in auto parts.
He is survived by his wife, Kathy Hurt of the home; three daughters, Brittney Renn of Lincolnton, April Hurt of Gastonia, and Shannon Cooke of Clover, SC; two brothers, Tim Hurt and Jeff Hurt, both of Lincolnton; one sister, Lynne Hurt Burgin of Lincolnton; and five grandchildren.
