Dorothy Alese Davis Bustle, age 81, of 3603 Randleman Road in Iron Station, died on Sunday, July 13, 2014.

Her funeral service will be held at 4:00 pm on Friday, July 18, 2014, at Iron Station United Methodist Church with Pastor Carolyn Sears officiating. Burial will follow in Iron Station Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 3:00 until 3:45 pm prior to the service at the church.

Mrs. Bustle was born May 16, 1933, in Gaston county, to the late Oscar W. and Julia Joy Davis. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Moffard Vinson Bustle. She worked as a dietician for Lincoln County Schools, as well as Lincoln Nursing Center.

She is survived by a son, Timothy Allen Bustle of Iron Station; two daughters, Teresa Richard and Angie Bustle, both of Iron Station; two brothers, Ronnie Davis and Wayne Davis, both of Stanley; and two grandchildren.
