Ralph Junior Norman, age 72, of 204 Proctor Street in Lincolnton, died on Wednesday, July 30, 2014.

Mr. Norman was born December 11, 1941, in Catawba county, to the late William and Lizzie Hedrick Norman. He worked as a painter.

He is survived by his wife, Edna Fay Stallings of the home; seven sons, Jeffery Norman of Lincolnton, Doris Norman of Waxhaw, Tim Norman of Hickory, Charles Norman of Maiden, Tony Shane Norman of Hickory, Darin Stallings of Cherryville, and Andy Green of Charlotte; two daughters, Sandra Green and Heather Stallings, both of Lincolnton; eleven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
