Eddie Lee Dean, Sr.

Mr. Eddie Lee Dean, Sr., age 60, of 2091 Smith Farm Road in Lincolnton, died on Thursday, September 11, 2014.
A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 13, 2014, at Maiden Wesleyan Church with Rev. Bob Scott officiating.
Mr. Dean was born January 17, 1954, in Gaston county, to Betty Collins Dean Lackey and the late Fred Dean, Sr. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a brother, Fred Dean, Jr. He was owner and operator of Dean’s Plumbing.
He is survived by two sons, Eddie Lee Dean, Jr. and wife Crystal of Lincolnton and Chris Dean of Shelby; his mother, Betty Lackey of Lincolnton; two brothers, Floyd Dean of Lincolnton and Terry Dean of Gaffney, SC; three grandsons, Logan Dean, Wolf Dean, and Malachi Atkinson; a number of nieces and nephews and numerous friends.
