Obituaries

Nancy L. Anthony, age 67, of 700 Battleground Road in Lincolnton died on Friday, October 10, 2014.

A memorial service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 13, 2014, at St. Luke's Episcopal Church. The family will greet friends following the service.

Ms. Anthony was born September 29, 1947 in Mecklenburg County to the late Andrew Lewis and Cathryn Sat Anthony.  She was an accountant and was manager of Lincoln Country Club.  Ms. Anthony did volunteer research for the Lincoln County Historical Association.

Survivors include one sister, Susan C. Anthony of Lincolnton; one aunt, Billie Hazelum; cousins, Dr. Jon Sibson, Cindy Calczynski, Jim Duckworth, John Duckworth, Joey Duckworth and Angela Zimmerman.
