Obituaries

Nick Lester Seagle, age 62, of 11912 Breezy Trail Lane in Charlotte, died on Wednesday, November 19, 2014.

His funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 22, 2014, at Hulls Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Marcus Redding officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. on Friday, November 21, 2014, at Warlick Funeral Home. 

Mr. Seagle was born September 28, 1952, in Lincoln County, to the late Cecil McCoy and Mary Lou Fisher Seagle. Nick was a veteran of the United States Army and worked as a Professional Engineer in the nuclear industry.

He is survived by his wife, Martie Seagle of the home; two sons, Shane Seagle and wife Kim, and Jake Seagle and wife Laura; five grandchildren, Cole, Ben, Katelyn, Cooper, and Ava Seagle; a sister, Pat Heafner and husband Chris; a brother, Mark Seagle and wife Pam; brothers-in-law, Randy Burch and Johnny Burch and wife Katrina; and numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
