Dorothy Rhyne Mosteller Stamey, age 82, of 2742 Long Shoals Road in Lincolnton, died on Monday, January 6, 2014.

Her funeral service will be 3:30 pm on Thursday, January 9, 2014 in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Charles Ingle officiating. Burial will follow in Hollybrook Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 3:15 pm on Thursday prior to the service.

Mrs. Stamey was born March 18, 1931 in Lincoln County to the late James and Willie Rhyne Mosteller. She was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband, Ray Stamey of the home; a brother, A.J. Mosteller of Lincolnton; and a sister, Agnes Rudisill of Bessemer City.
