Dennis Franklin Kuck
( October 14, 1947 - March 19, 2015 )
Dennis Franklin Kuck of Cornelius, NC, and formerly of Lincolnton, NC, passed away March 19th.
His funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 22, 2015, at First United Methodist Church with Rev. David Wyant and Rev. Steve Audrey officiating. Burial will follow in Hollybrook Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:15 p.m. on Sunday at Warlick Funeral Home.
Dennis was born October 14, 1947. A graduate of Lincolnton High School’s Class of 1965, he graduated from the University of Charlotte with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. He joined the US Army on March 16, 1970, before being honorably discharged on November 30, 1971. A Bronze Star decorated veteran, he completed his tour of Vietnam in 1970.
He enjoyed an outstanding career in International Business, living overseas for a number of years. He finished his professional career by founding his own company Lincoln Tool Co.
Dennis is survived by his wife Sharon Kuck, his mother Lavinia Burris Kuck, a sister Dorea Kuck Drum, brother-in-law Tommy Dale Drum, a nephew Jon Drum all of Sherrills Ford, NC, a niece Laura Drum Wopperer and three great-nieces all of Cornelius, NC. He was preceded in death by his father Frank Gamble Kuck and his brother David C. Kuck.
Memorials may be made to Levine & Dickson Hospice House, 11900 Vanstory Drive, Huntersville, NC 28078.
