Ruby Carpenter Roseman

Ruby Carpenter Roseman, age 90, of Lincolnton, died on Wednesday, April 1, 2015.
Her funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 4, 2015, at Daniels Lutheran Church with The Rev. David E. Fox officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The body will lie in state for 30 minutes in the fellowship hall prior to the service. Visitation will be from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. on Friday, April 3, 2015 at Warlick Funeral Home.
Mrs. Roseman was born November 6, 1924, in Lincoln county, to the late Lester Henry and Kate Yoder Carpenter. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Tyler Davies Roseman. She worked as a secretary for Custom Transport. Mrs. Roseman was a member of the Women’s Circle of Daniels Lutheran Church and loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She is survived by a son, John Roseman and wife Betsy of Mooresville; two daughters, Beth Blume and husband Richard of Iron Station and Judy Lawing of Lincolnton; four grandsons, Tyler Roseman, Scott Blume, Jody and Chris Lawing; three granddaughters, Joannah Roseman, Sara James, and Kelly Smith; and seven great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Daniels Lutheran Church Building Fund, 3170 Reepsville Road, Lincolnton, NC 28092.
