Alfred E. Reynolds

Alfred E. Reynolds, age 83, of 1598 Roseland Drive in Lincolnton, died on Thursday, April 2, 2015.
His funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 4, 2015, at Lincoln Avenue Baptist Church with Rev. Ken Jones officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 2:45 p.m. prior to the service at the church.
Mr. Reynolds was born April 26, 1931, in Lincoln county, to the late Frank and Ollie Reynolds. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife, Catherine Costner Reynolds. He retired from Burris Manufacturing where he worked as a molder operator for 30 years.
He is survived by a son, Roy Reynolds of Lincolnton; two daughters, Wanda Carol Reel of Vale and Renee Mitchell of Lincolnton; one sister, Katherine Chaney of Lincolnton; eleven grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
