Obituaries

Saharah Ollie Rhyne Pressley, age 77, of 531 Knollwood  Lane, Lincolnton died Monday, April 13, 2015.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, April 16, 2015 in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Billy Dunigan officiating.  The family will receive friends from 10: 00 a.m. until 10: 45 Thursday prior to the service at Warlick Funeral Home.

Mrs. Pressley was born on October 19, 1937 in Lincoln County and was the daughter of the late John M. Rhyne and Madge Mae Ward Rhyne.  She was also preceded in death by a brother, Charles Rhyne, a sister, Shirley Carpenter, a grandson, James JR Pruett and a great-granddaughter, Mikayla Hope.  Mrs. Pressley was retired from the textile industry.

Survivors are her husband of 34 years, Donald Pressley of the home; one son, Donald Beam and wife, Gail of Newton; two daughters, Sherry Lowrance and husband, Allen of Conover and Jackie Beam Moses of Conover; five grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.
