Norma A. "Missie" Beal

Norma A. “Missie” Beal, age 83, of Lincolnton, passed away on Thursday, May 7, 2015.
Her funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 9, 2015, at Asbury United Methodist Church with Rev. Anita Sain officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:30 until 1:45 p.m. prior to the service at the church.
Mrs. Beal was born March 27, 1932, in Lincoln County, to the late Martin and Ruth Keener Auton. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband Guy F. Beal, a son Guy Daniel Beal, a brother Charlie Auton, and three sisters Pat Carnes, Betty Baxter, and Flossie Mullinax. She worked as a bookkeeper.
She is survived by a son Chris Beal and wife Ann of Lincolnton; a daughter Betty Anne Beal of Lincolnton; a brother Dan Auton of Lincolnton; four grandchildren, Heather Beal, Lee Beal, Beth Alley and husband Rusty, and Summer Barber, all of Lincolnton; and two great-grandchildren Kearsyn Alley and Kaelyn Alley.
