Obituaries

F.W. “Eip” Houser age 83, of 1793 Hines Circle in Stanley died Friday, May 8, 2014.

Funeral service will be 3:00 p.m. Monday, May 11, 2015 in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends from 2:00p.m. until 2:45p.m at Warlick Funeral Home prior to the service. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery.

Mr. Houser was a native of Lincoln County. He was the son of the late Caswell and Myrtle Roark Houser.  Mr. Houser was preceded in death by his wife Betty Faye Houser and a son, Terry Houser, “Eip” as he was called, retired from Morrison Concrete in Charlotte.

Survivors include; sons, Cliff Houser of Stanley, and Rusty Houser of Mt. Holly; daughter, Cathy Houser of Stanley; daughter-in-laws, Dawn Houser, Rhona Houser and Cindy Houser; brothers, Ken Houser and Jerry Houser both of Lincolnton; sister, Hazeline Link of Denver; ten grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
