Alvin John Tindall

Mr. Alvin John Tindall, age 67, of 7984 Secluded Lane in Denver, died on Thursday, June 18, 2015.
His funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 21, 2015, in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Clay Ledford officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 2:45 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
Mr. Tindall was born May 3, 1948, in Lincoln County, to the late John McLorn and Avery Pauline Brooks Tindall. In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by two sisters, Edna Hart and Johnnie Mae Randolph. He worked in plastics manufacturing.
He is survived by his wife, Wanda Irwin of the home; three sons, Tommy Tindall of Lowell, Andrew Tindall and wife Jennifer, and Jared Tindall and wife Andria, all of Stanley; one daughter, Penny Tindall of Dallas; two stepsons, Ken Cooper of Asheville and Michael Irwin of Denver; two step-daughters, Karen Ward and husband Gary, and Pamela Irwin, all of Sherrills Ford; three brothers, Frank Tindall and wife Carolyn of Iron Station, Roy Tindall and wife Ellen of Stanley, and Larry Tindall and wife Diane of Kannapolis; nine grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren.
