Billie Faye Alexander Gates

Billie Faye Alexander Gates, age 78, of 412 Rhyne Street in Lincolnton, died on Saturday, June 20, 2015.
Her funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 24, 2015, at Lincoln Avenue Baptist Church with Bartley Bess officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 23, 2015 at Warlick Funeral Home.
Mrs. Gates was born July 2, 1936, in Lincoln County, to the late Baxter Thomas and Dixie Dellinger Alexander. In addition to her parents, she was also prececded in death by her husband Bill Gates, a son Danny Craig, nine brothers, and 2 sisters. She worked as a CNA.
She is survived by a daughter, Teresa Story and husband Tony of Shelby; a son, Tony Craig of Morganton; a sister, Patty Masters and husband Donald of Lincolnton; a grandson, Tony Story; a granddaughter, Tiffany Story; and three great-grandchildren, Brittany Story, Dixie Story, and Michael Lee.
Memorials may be made to Lincoln Avenue Baptist Church, PO Box 441, Lincolnton, NC 28093.
