Rozella Reynolds Blackburn

Rozella Reynolds Blackburn, 83, passed away June 24, 2015, at home surrounded by her children.
Her funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 28, 2015, in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Sandy Marks officiating. Entombment will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 1:45 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
Born February 25, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Violet Reynolds. She was preceded in death by her parents, three years ago by her husband of 61 years, Fred James Blackburn, sisters Roberta Wiggs Burris and Dot Barber, and a brother Eddie Reynolds. She was co-owner of Suburban Well Drillers and retired after 30 years.
She will be forever remembered as a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.
She is survived by a son, Dan Blackburn of Dallas; two daughters, Tina B. Nandoci and husband Bruce of Charlotte, and Barbara Blackburn of Belmont; two grandchildren, David Blackburn and Heather B. Meadows; and two great-grandchildren, Julia and Lana Meadows.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of Gaston County, PO Box 3984, Gastonia, NC 28054.
