Anne Woznick Tyrell
( September 3, 1922 - August 2, 2015 )
Anne Woznick Tyrell, age 92, of the Heath House in Lincolnton, and formerly of 709 W. Main Street Extension, died on Sunday, August 2, 2015.
A memorial service will be held 12:00 p.m.Monday, August 10, 2015, at St. Dorothy’s Catholic Church with Father Matthew Buettner officiating. Inurnment will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
Mrs. Tyrell was born September 3, 1922 in East Syracuse, New York, to the late Michael William and Mary Dabinski Woznick. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband Albert Daniel Tyrell, a son Michael William Franck, and a sister Stella Kerznowski.
She is survived by a son, Lawrence Franck and wife Cindy of Pittsburgh, PA; a daughter, Kathleen Abrams of Iron Station; four sisters, Catherine Wojtaszek and Jennie Adams, both of East Syracuse, NY; Julia Kanaly and husband Jim of Florida, and Olga Doyle of Syracuse, NY; one grandson, Andrew Franck and wife Lucia; one granddaughter, Melissa McKay and husband Thomas; and three great-grandchildren, Mitchell, Marlee, and Gracie McKay; six step-great-grandchildren, Michael and Norman Fuller, Carlos, Monique, Kimberly, and Rosemary Carmona; and Peedee.
Memorials may be made to the Lincoln County Humane Society, PO Box 23, Lincolnton, NC 28093.
