Beverly Turner Heavner

Beverly Turner Heavner, 58, entered eternal life with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Saturday, August 22, 2015.
Funeral services for Beverly will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 27, 2015, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Vale. Pastor Jack McHenry will officiate. Visitation will be held prior to the worship service from 3:00 until 3:45 p.m. in the church sanctuary.
Beverly was preceded in death by her parents Jack and Dorothy Turner, sister Cathy Turner, and an infant sister. Father-in-law Harold Heavner and brother-in-law Mark Heavner also preceded Beverly in death.
Born in Newton, NC, Beverly graduated from CVCC with an associates degree in Nursing and OR Technology. She worked as a level 2 RN at Catawba Valley Medical Center. She also graduated from Gaston College with a general education degree and enjoyed needlework and making pottery.
Beverly is survived by her loving husband of 36 years, Steve Heavner of Vale, brother Greg Turner (Stacy) of Falls Church, VA, nieces Ashley and Laura Turner, Sara Jane Heavner, and nephew John Heavner. She is also survived by John Bolick (Talitha), Betty Drum (Jerry), Elaine Bolick and Robert Bolick (Teresa). Other survivors include mother-in-law Jonnie Heavner, aunts Julia and Jane Heavner, Carroll and Mary Heavner, and Susan Heavner.
