Earleen Rudisill Johnson

Mrs. Earleen Rudisill Johnson, age 82, of Bill Lynch Road in Lincolnton, died on Saturday, September 5, 2015.
Her funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 9, 2015, at Southside Baptist Church with Rev. Charles Ingle, Rev. Darrell Bost and Rev. Doug McClain officiating. Her body will lie in state for 30 minutes prior to the service at the church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 6:00 until 7:30 p.m. at Warlick Funeral Home.
Mrs. Johnson was born May 11, 1933 in Lincoln County, to the late Gaston Rudisill and Lillian Sain Rudisill. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by three brothers, Bobby, Wilford and Billy Rudisill and two sisters, Jean Carpenter and Joan Rudisill. Mrs. Johnson was a daycare operator.
Survivors include her husband of 63 years, Robert D. “Bob” Johnson of the home; two daughters, Melisa “Lisa” Johnson McLeod and husband Tommy of Concord, Teresa Johnson Sain and husband Tony of Cherryville; two sisters, Marilyn Auton and Joyce Icard both of Lincolnton; four grandchildren, Emily McLeod, Cody Sain, Matthew McLeod and Dillon Sain.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of Lincoln County, 900 Dontia Drive, Lincolnton, NC 28092 or to Southside Baptist Church, 1725 Southside Road, Lincolnton, NC 28092.
