Brenda Joyce Rudisill Cadenhead

Brenda Joyce Rudisill Cadenhead, age 69, of 100 Cadenhead Place in Lincolnton, died on Wednesday, September 23, 2015.
Her funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 26, 2015, in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Sam Craven officiating. The body will lie in state for 30 minutes prior to the service. Burial will follow in Hollybrook Cemetery.
Mrs. Cadenhead was born August 18, 1946, in Lincoln County, to Helen Moses Eaker and the late Luther Glenn Rudisill. In addition to her father, she was also preceded in death by two brothers, Steve William Rudisill and Edward Glenn Rudisill, and a sister, Barbara Tate Leonhardt. She worked as a nutritionist in child development.
She is survived by her husband, Bill W. Cadenhead of the home; a son, Richard Wright of Cherryville; a daughter, Angela Carson of the home; a step-daughter, Stacy Cadenhead of Lincolnton; three sisters, Judy Wireman and husband Wayne of Knox, IN, Kay Deatherage and husband Dennis of St. Petersburg, FL, and Shirley Cannon and husband Rex of Granite Falls; her mother, Helen Moses Eaker of Cherryille; two grandchildren, Jessica “Marie” Dellinger and husband Chris of Kings Mountain, and John Mark Carson of Clover, SC; and two great-grandchildren, Brandon and Cameron.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of Lincoln County, 900 Dontia Drive, Lincolnton, NC 28092.
