Danny Banks Seagle

Danny Banks Seagle, age 73, of 1722 Roseland Drive in Lincolnton, died on Thursday, October 1, 2015.
His funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 3, 2015, in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Hollybrook Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 1:45 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
Mr. Seagle was born June 8, 1942, in Lincoln County, to the late Arnold Russell and Frances Geneva Stamey Seagle. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a brother Benny Seagle, a sister Vickie Leonhardt, and a brother-in-law Danny “Buck” Leonhardt. He served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War and then later worked as a caretaker of lifestock.
He is survived by a sister, Rebecca Warlick and husband Danny of Vale; four nephews, Benji Seagle, Danny Leonhardt, Jr., Mike Warlick, and Mark Warlick; two nieces, Amanda “Pooh” Mitchell and Tammy Homesley; several great-nieces and great-nephews.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of Lincoln County, 900 Dontia Drive, Lincolnton, NC 28092.
